ADW Launcher:
ADW Settings > Themes > Elegance > Apply

Holo Launcher:
Appearance Settings >Icon pack > Elegance

Atom Launcher:
Launcher settings > Theme > Elegance > Use Theme

Recommended Settings:->
Nova:
1)Nova Settings>Drawer>Drawer app Grid, Set it to 5 Rows and 5 Columns
2)Nova Settings>Background Transparency, Set it between 50-60%
Apex:
1)Apex Settings>Drawer Settings>Portrait grid, set it to 5×5
2)Apex Settings>Drawer Settings>Drawer background Transparency, set it to 50%
3)Apex Settings>Dock Settings, scroll to last and tick ‘Hide dock divider’

Go Launcher:

1)Preferences>Appearance Settings>App Drawer set it to 4×5 or 5×5
For other launchers:
1)Set drawer background transparency to 50%
2)Hide dock separator line(if possible)
3)change app drawer grid to 5×5 or 4×5(depending on your screen size)
